TERMS OF PURCHASE
Our Kwik Services Inc. assumes all responsibility for the service of sending the restaurant the order. Once the restaurant has received the order, Our Kwik Services Inc. does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, and content of the restaurant related to the creation or delivery of your order. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
CASH
By selecting CASH as a method of payment, you agree to provide the restaurant payment in the form of CAD ($) upon receipt of your order.
DEBIT
By Selecting DEBIT as a method of payment, our drivers, will arrive at your door with a DEBIT machine for your convenience
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Our Kwik Services Inc. Customer Service immediately via email at orders@kwikmeals.com and include the order number and restaurant name. All sales are final unless order problems/issues are confirmed with our restaurant partners or otherwise determined by Our Kwik Services Inc. at its sole discretion, to be actionable. In such cases, Our Kwik Services Inc. will issue credit for use on future orders through the Our Kwik Services Inc. website. All order problem/issue inquiries must be received within 90 minutes of the order date listed on your order confirmation email. No cash refunds will be issued by Our Kwik Services Inc.
CHILDREN
You may not use the kwikmeals.com Web site if you are under thirteen (13) years of age. Likewise, Our Kwik Services Inc. will not store or record information from any person under the age of thirteen (13).
E-MAIL
By registering or placing an order with us, you are consenting to receive e-mails from us regarding your registration or your order.
